Shirley has over 35 years of experience in customer service and office management. She has been in the financial services industry for over 14 of those years.
She and her husband Steve live in Centerville, Ohio. They have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Shirley serves on the board of the Centerville Citizens Police Academy Alumni and is an active member of the Centerville Education Foundation.
She wants everyone to feel like "Number One".
